Who We Are

OJUE is Nigeria’s real estate connection platform, owned and operated by OJ Unique Empire Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We built OJUE to solve a problem every Nigerian renter, landlord, and property seeker knows too well: finding the right person to rent from, or rent to, shouldn’t depend on luck, word of mouth, or walking into the wrong hands.

OJUE connects Tenants and Landlords directly — with OJUE itself standing in the coordinating role a traditional letting agent once held. We verify who’s on the platform, review every listing before it goes live, coordinate physical inspections, and keep every payment on record. Our Affiliate program, meanwhile, lets anyone earn a commission simply by referring a landlord or tenant to the platform, without ever needing to manage a property themselves.

Too many rental transactions in Nigeria happen through informal, unverifiable channels: a friend of a friend, an unregulated middleman nobody can vouch for, cash changing hands with no receipt, no record, and no recourse if something goes wrong. OJUE exists to replace that uncertainty with a platform where every party is who they say they are, every payment is recorded, and every listing has been looked at and approved by a real person before it ever reaches a tenant.

What We Do

OJUE is a technology platform, not a landlord — but we take on the coordinating responsibilities a traditional agent once held, directly:

Verified, Reviewed Listings. Landlords submit their available properties — complete with photos, video walkthroughs, rent, and exact location down to the Local Government Area and community. Every submission is reviewed and approved by our own team before it becomes visible to tenants. OJUE may also list properties directly on the platform.
Coordinated Inspections. When a Tenant requests to view a property, our own OJUE staff help coordinate that physical inspection — adding a layer of accountability that an informal, unsupervised meet-up simply doesn’t have.
A Real Naira Wallet. Tenants fund a secure in-app wallet to pay rent; Landlords receive payouts directly into theirs. Every transaction generates an automatic, verifiable receipt.
Identity Verification (KYC). Every user on OJUE is verified before they can transact. Landlord accounts go a step further: verification is subject to final, in-person review and approval by our own OJ Unique Empire physical verification team — not an automated system alone.
The Affiliate Program. Know a landlord with a vacant property, or a friend hunting for a new place? Refer them to OJUE, and earn a commission the moment their transaction completes — no property management required on your part.
Secure Access. Accounts can be protected with device-level biometric sign-in (fingerprint or Face ID), in addition to a password.

Why We Stand in the Middle

A tenant on OJUE never has to guess who they’re dealing with, and never deals with a landlord’s real identity directly. We deliberately keep that information private until a transaction is properly underway — every inspection request, every negotiation, every payment passes through OJUE first. This isn’t a limitation; it’s the point. It’s how we keep bad actors out and keep every legitimate transaction traceable, from first inquiry to final receipt.

OJUE operates nationwide — every one of Nigeria’s 36 states plus the FCT. Whether you’re letting out a flat in Lagos or searching for a room near a new job in Kano, OJUE works the same way, everywhere, searchable right down to the Local Government Area and community.

Who We Serve

Landlords — listing property, reaching serious, verified tenants, and getting paid securely, with OJUE handling coordination, verification, and inspections.
